General Terms and Conditions
Definitions:
Landlord: René and Corina, owners of the apartment in Paradise Resort.
Tenant: The person who rents the apartment.
Apartment: The apartment to rent in Paradise Resort, San Miguel de Salinas, Spain.
Reservation:
A reservation is final after receipt of the deposit.
The tenant will receive a confirmation of the reservation by e-mail.
Payment:
A deposit of 30% of the total rental amount is required upon reservation.
The remaining amount must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.
For bookings made within 30 days before arrival, the full amount must be paid immediately.
Cancellation:
Cancellations up to 60 days before arrival: full refund of deposit.
Cancellations between 60 and 30 days before arrival: 50% refund of deposit.
Cancellations within 30 days of arrival: no refund.
Arrival and Departure:
Check-in time: from 3:00 PM.
Check-out time: before 11:00 am.
Please let us know in advance if you would like to check in or out outside these times.
Use of the Apartment:
The apartment may only be used by the persons mentioned in the reservation.
Pets are not allowed.
Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment.
Damage and Deposit:
The tenant is responsible for damage to the apartment or its contents.
A security deposit of €300 will be charged on arrival and will be refunded after inspection on departure, provided there is no damage.
Responsibility:
The landlord is not responsible for loss, theft or damage to the tenant's personal property.
The tenant must adhere to the house rules and local legislation.
Booking conditions
Reservation process:
Reservations can be made via our website, by email or by telephone.
After receiving the reservation request, the tenant will receive confirmation and payment instructions.
Payment terms:
The deposit must be paid within 7 days of receipt of confirmation.
The remaining amount must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation policy:
Cancellations must be made in writing.
The cancellation conditions as stated in the general terms and conditions apply.
Changes to the Reservation:
Changes to the reservation are possible in consultation and depending on availability.
Any additional costs resulting from changes will be borne by the tenant.
Liability:
The landlord is not liable for unforeseen circumstances that affect the stay, such as natural disasters, pandemics or other force majeure situations.
