Welcome to Paradise Resort! To ensure that everyone has a pleasant stay, we kindly ask you to observe the following house rules:

Check-in and Check-out:

Check-in time: from 3:00 PM

Check-out time: before 11:00 am

Please let us know in advance if you would like to check in or out outside these times.

Smoking:

Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment. You can smoke outside on the balcony.

Pets:

Pets are not allowed in the apartment.

Rest times:

Please be considerate of the neighbors and respect the rest times between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.

Use of Facilities:

Please use the apartment and resort facilities responsibly.

Report any damage or defects to us immediately.

Cleaning:

Keep the apartment clean and tidy.

Dispose of waste in the appropriate containers.

Visitors:

Visitors are welcome, but overnight stays of unregistered guests are not permitted without prior approval.

Safety:

Close doors and windows when you leave the apartment.

Do not leave valuables unattended.

Emergencies:

In case of emergency, immediately call local emergency services and inform us as soon as possible.

Respect for Property:

Treat the apartment and its contents with respect. Any damage may be charged for.
